1. The Service

Tidewell is a wellness companion application designed to help users track GLP-1 medication injections, daily wellbeing check-ins, and lifestyle patterns. Tidewell is a personal wellness tool — it is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use Tidewell. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blackbeltcodelabs.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Tidewell Plus

Tidewell offers optional paid subscriptions ("Tidewell Plus") providing access to additional features. Subscription options include Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime plans at prices displayed in the App Store or Google Play at time of purchase.

Billing

All subscription billing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Tara Cloud Retail does not process or store payment card information. Your subscription is subject to the payment terms of the applicable platform.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for Tidewell Plus. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charge is made during the trial period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Tidewell Plus subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except as required by applicable law.

Lifetime Access

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that provides access to Tidewell Plus features for the life of the app. This does not guarantee any specific feature set and does not entitle you to a refund if you choose not to use the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Tidewell for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to harm yourself or others

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Tidewell is a wellness companion, not a medical device. The content, features, and information provided through Tidewell are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your medication, health, or treatment. Do not disregard or delay professional medical advice based on anything you observe in Tidewell. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tidewell app, its content, features, design, and branding are owned by Tara Cloud Retail and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "Tidewell" name, wordmark, and all associated trademarks are property of Tara Cloud Retail, doing business as Black Belt Code Labs.

You retain ownership of the personal data you enter into the app. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of Tidewell is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Tidewell (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Tidewell after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tidewell is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tara Cloud Retail, its owner, affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Tidewell. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tara Cloud Retail operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
